Fresh Spare ribs slow smoked in a rotisserie Smoker for 7 hours over Hickory and Apple woods after seasoned with Dry Rub.  Served either “Wet” (basted in our mild BBQ Sauce) or “Dry” (Dusted with dry rub)

Beef Brisket
Mouth Watering Beef Brisket

Texas Beef Brisket
Whole Beef Brisket smoked for 16 hours with dry rub and Mopped with special sauce and sliced. Finish with any of our wonderful BBQ Sauces.


Chicken
Marinated and smoked for 5 hours in our pit over Hickory & Apple Wood. Whole or ˝ Chickens available. Finished with mild or spicy bbq Sauce
